You can register your return online via our return portal. Please use the order number starting with a "V" found on the order confirmation and follow the steps. It is also possible to return accessories in the store. Take your order confirmation with you. Please note: furniture cannot be returned in store. Is the chair, sofa, table or cushion specially made to measure? Then it is not possible to return it. Is it a business order? Then different conditions apply. Contact us for more information.
The return period is 14 days. Will we receive your return after the final return date? Then you will receive a part of the purchase amount back.
It is only possible to return or exchange accessories in the store. For (small) furniture please contact our customer service.

Please use the order number starting with "V" found on the order confirmation. Return costs for medium parcels NL are €6.95. Return costs for medium parcels BE are €12.00. Do you want to return (small) furniture? Please contact our customer service. For orders delivered by a carrier, the return costs are calculated on the basis of the order. These costs start at €55.00.
